What goes into making a 50th Wedding Anniversary celebration special? Terry and Sue knew exactly what to include to celebrate in warm elegant style with their family and friends. They were planning this day for a long time and did most of the preparation work so that their guests were made welcome with hand written place cards, hand crafted centerpieces and table decorations, and a warm and inviting banquet facility offered by the St. Andrew’s Golf Resort.

Family and friends strolled through their personal memory lane by looking at their original wedding albums and framed pictures of their wedding day and other life events. The room was filled with stories of happy and memorable times and lots of laughter. The day was made complete as they renewed their vows under a trellis decorated with climbing rose vines. Although Terry and Sue may have had flashbacks of the nervousness they experienced on that original day, they also experienced a warmer and fulfilling joy as the Wedding Officiant on this special day was their daughter, Cheryl. Both Cheryl and their son, Dan, gave a glowing testimony about their parents — describing them as loving and affectionate, recounting all of the things they were taught growing up and how lucky they felt having Terry and Sue as their parents.

Scrapping on the Spot was so very honored to be a part of this day and to capture the memories that had just happened.  We are so happy to know that the memory scrapbook album we created for them would be added to their growing collection of their life’s memories.

CONGRATULATIONS Terry and Sue! We wish you wonderful memories and continued love and happiness in the many years to come!
