EVENT SCRAPBOOKS

We create custom-made scrapbooks while your event is in progress! Our Creative Director attends your event equipped with a digital camera, laptop and a high-quality printer to create your scrapbook. When your event is finished you will have a beautiful keepsake filled with wonderful pictures, embellishments and personal thoughts and wishes to take home with you.
Your scrapbook will tell the story of your event as it happened!

Here’s how it works:

Schedule your Event Scrapbook
We’ll ask you for some details regarding your event via our Event Scrapbook questionnaire
Your order is placed and a confirmation of your order is sent to you

On the day of the party
During the party, our Scrapper will do the following:

    Take digital photos of the key people you have identified in your order form
    Ask your guests to fill out personalized notes for your scrapbook
    Pictures are printed, cropped and placed into your scrapbook
    Special hand-written tags are placed on appropriate pages
    Other embellishments are added as ordered

Your scrapbook is complete !!

Event Scrapbook Pricing
Pricing includes event set up, scrapbook album, 20 scrapbook pages, all tags, personal notes, embellishments and a CD of ALL photos taken at your event.

12 x 12 Scrapbook = $595.00
8 x 8 Scrapbook = $395.00

NON-EVENT SCRAPBOOKS

We also create scrapbooks for other occasions you want to have transformed into keepsakes either by the page, or by the album.

Simply follow these easy steps:

1. Fill out our scrapbook questionnaire and order form
2. Provide us with the photos you wish to have included
3. We email / send you a confirmation of your order and completion date
4. We create your pages or completed themed scrapbook and mail them to you

Per page pricing*

12 x 12 Single-sided page = $15.00
8 x 8 Single-sided page = $10.00

* Albums not included in non-event pricing and styles range between $25.00 to $50.00

Questionnaire and order form
Our scrapbook questionnaire allows us to determine what your request involves. It will ask for key pieces of information such as the number of pages you need, the page layouts you would like to have, the photos you would like on a particular page and other related information.

Photos
Digital photos can be sent to us via our on-line facility or by placing them on CD and mailing them to us. All digital photos must be submitted to us in JPG format. Once they are received, they will be printed out on a high quality printer, and on acid free paper so they can be added to your pages.

Please include any required names and details (either on the backs of photos, or in a list) that have special instructions. This will be determined by the questions you’ve answered in your questionnaire form when initially placing your order with us. Photos must reach us 2-3 weeks prior to the completion date of your order.

Order confirmation
After all of the details of your order has been completed, a confirmation will be sent to you using the mailing preference you have selected (email or postal mail). Depending on the nature of your order, your confirmation will indicate if there is a deadline on when any potential changes can be made. If no deadline is mentioned, the order will be considered final.

Delivery
When your order is completed, it will be delivered to you via registered mail. You will be required to sign for receipt of delivery and assures us that your pages have safely reached you.
